| August | 9th | Registration Day | 10:00am-3:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Registration day is for both new and returning families. This is the day to choose classes, get textbooks, pay registration fees, sign up for parent volunteering, and fill out and/or turn in completed paperwork. |
| 30th | Back To School Night | 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Auditorium. This is a family night that will provide you information about our program and give you the opportunity to meet the teachers and tour the school before it starts. Please bring a plate of a dozen cookies to share with everyone. Thanks! | |
| September | 6th | No School | Labor Day |
| 13th | First Day of School | School Starts promptly at 8:45. Please meet in the gym and arrive a few minutes early so that we have some extra time to get the kids into their lines and dismiss to their classes. | |
| 20th | October Count Starts |
October Count is how Options receives funding for our program. Please make every effort to bring your child/ren to school during this time period (Sept 20th - Oct 11th). |

| 22nd | PLAN Test for 10th Grade Students | 12:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a water bottle, a light snack, a calculator, and two #2 pencils (sharpened please) | |
| 27th | Official October Count Day | Any student absent on this day will need to fill out a form and submit it to the office so that we are not denied funding for them. | |
| October | 11th | October Count Ends | WooHoo! |
| 13th | PSAT Test for 11th Graders | This test will be held at the New Life Options site located at 17690 E. Iliff Ave. Aurora, CO 80013 (Telluride and Iliff - across teh street from Rangeview High School. The test will start promptly at 12:30pm. Any student that arrives after the testing has started will not be allowed to take the test. | |

| 25 | No School | Fall Break | |
| November | 1st | Deadline for Spring Concurrent Enrollment | All applications for Concurrent Enrollment MUST be submitted to the office on or before Nov. 5th. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! |
| 8th | P/T Conferences | 3:30pm-5:00pm. Parents will meet with their child/ren's teachers in their classrooms as they become available. Please limit conferences to 5 minutes. |

| 13th | Winter Formal for High School Students | 6:00pm-9:00pm in the gym. More details to come! |

| December | 6th | PLAN/ PSAT Interpretations with David Manchak | David Manchak will be meeting with the parents and students to review their tests results, explain what the results mean, and answer any questions you might have. |
